1. Begin with an online health assessment. In some cases, lab work may be required to confirm your eligibility for treatment.

2. Connect with one of our healthcare providers through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointment.

3. If treatment is deemed appropriate, you’ll receive your prescribed medication directly by mail from one of our third-party compounding pharmacy partners, with options for 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day refills depending on your specific care plan.

Once you complete the medical intake process, our team will schedule your telehealth appointment with a licensed provider. This appointment will take place over a two-way video call using a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform.

During this consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your health goals and needs directly with your provider.

No, our subscriptions do not require a long-term contract. We do require a three-month minimum commitment due to the clinical nature of the therapy and medication delivery, but after that your plan continues month-to-month, and you’re free to cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice!

We collaborate with a network of licensed, FDA-regulated pharmacies across the United States. Our priority is to ensure patients receive medications from highly reputable sources that comply with the highest industry standards and state regulations. Clients can access their prescriptions through their patient portal account.
